Property Lines by Distances & Bearings missing N/S and E/W

Quick tip should you come across the Massing & Site > Property Line > Create by entering distances and bearings missing the N/S and E/W columns:

By default it should typically look similar to the image below:

 

Should you run into this, all you need to do is navigate to Massing & Site > Site Settings > Property Data > Angle Display and set > Degrees from N/S. With this setting the direction options are included.

If set > Degrees, N/S & E/W are not included properties in the template or project.
