Quick reminder for what we can and cannot support for Revit Server and operating systems.
The officially tested and supported environments are available at the link here and included below:
• Microsoft® Windows® Server 2008 R2 64-bit
• Microsoft® Windows® Server 2008 64-bit
• VMware® Support
• Microsoft® Hyper-V™ Support (must be configured to use one virtual network adapter per virtual processor)
If creating a support case, please ensure your Local and Central Revit Server[s] are running Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2, or Microsoft Windows Server 2008.
Microsoft Windows 7 environments are not tested or supported under any circumstances.
