It really does….
Revit now has a service pack! If you are as happy as I am about that, you can go right now and download them by clicking on the links below (This service pack is available in English Only):

Please make sure that you read the readme file and the web update enhancement list on the download page. This is a new Service pack method for Revit so it is different so PLEASE READ the documentation.
