This video was just posted on Inside the Factory. It does a good job of explaining the new Revit user interface and highlighting the new functionality.

Sorry Harlan, but nobody is excited about the new UI, specially when they learn that it took priority over stairs and curtain walls.

Sure, nice graphic design UI. But in order to make it work you need to rely on hotkeys. Funny how none of these UI explanations describe the UI as a design process where you need to model, trim, annotate, model, add a ceiling, move, add wall, trim again, add a ceiling again, etc, all of it almost simultaneously. In no time, using only the pretty graphic UI, your mouse and your eyes will be all over the place. I am really disappointed with this UI. I don't feel the same joy as before.
