Autodesk's customers regularly have licensing and installation questions, especially around the annual product release cycle. It can be frustrating for users who are excited about firing up the latest version to experience problems installing and activating the software.
In an effort to assist user with these issues, Autodesk has created a Installation Help landing page on Autodesk.com. From this page, users can go to the Installation & Licensing forum, where Autodesk Product Support is now a regular monitor, to make sure all users can get their products up and running quickly.
We are confident that this page will help users spend less time troubleshooting installation and licensing questions and more time trying out the new product features.
All this support for Revit RAC what about RST and MEP?

Good question, Alan.
Typically, the installation and licensing solutions for Revit apply to all platforms. However, we will be publishing solutions on the Revit Structure and MEP support landing pages as well. Some of the solutions may be identical (i.e. Product Keys; Clean uninstall). Some will be product-specific. In other words: Coming soon! ;-)
