Is there any chance to add our free Revit plugin for elevators to the Revit extension pack? This would allow Revit users an easier installation of our free tool.

Can anyone offer instructions for installing these extensions in an unattended mode using a batch script?

The setup.exe is created using InstallShield and you can use InstallShield switches. Issuing setup.exe -s -f1 will kick of a silent install. For more infor refer to this link http://unattended.sourceforge.net/installers.php
