In Revit 2013 you may have found that your window glazing is appearing through walls in some of your view styles in 3D:
The cause of this issue is likely an out of date display driver. You can find the Certified/Recommended graphics card drivers for 2013 at the Certified Hardware page.

If you go to the Big R in the upper left cornewr and then goto options. A new box opens and on the left hand side hit graphics, turn the hardware accelator off and that should fix the problem.

Or you might need to update your glass material to a 2013 selection, if the model was upgraded from a previous release of Revit.
